Indianapolis Children's Museum

We confronted this Transformer at the entrance of the Indianapolis Children's Museum. He was huge! We traveled to Indianapolis last weekend and had a wonderful day!

Leo's favorite part of the museum was definitely the dinosaur exhibit. He was only hesitant for a minute, then jumped right in. The dinosaurs were huge and the ceiling looked like you were outside. The sky changed colors and there was even a pretend thunderstorm. It was super cool! Marcy had zero hesitation. She just grabbed on to Grandpa's hand and drug him everywhere.

This about sums it up.
Preparing for his dinosaur dig.

We caught the neatest 15 minute "dinosaur class". That's what Leo called it. The instructor was awesome and the kids really enjoyed it. Leo kept piping in during her presentation which was so cute. He was just so excited! At one time Leo said, "Hey, that is dinosaur poop!" And you know what, it was. Real life fossilized dinosaur poop. I'm so proud.

Marcy had a great time in the Dora/Diego room!

Marcy riding Baby Jaguar!

There she goes!

Leo is completely focused on driving the boat. Just look at the concentration on his face! You can't really tell from the picture above, but he had on a pretty sweet "pirate scarf".

He got into costume! He thought it was pretty neat.

 Peek-a-boo!

The museum had an awesome Barbie room that Marcy really enjoyed!

Awesome blown glass display!

Water fun!

After a wonderful day, Miss Marcy was out for the count! I think it took her about 5 minutes. She is clutching her new Dora doll that Grandma and Grandpa got her at the gift shop.

What a fun weekend!

Have a great week!

Love,

Jenny, Leo and Marcy
